Pete Van Amburgh
Pete Van Amburgh is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of PHP. Pete focuses on managing PHP’s existing asset portfolio, maintaining communication with investors and providing operational oversight.
Prior to co-founding PHP, Pete was Vice President of Development at KDC, a national real estate development company, where he sourced new office and industrial developments across the country. Pete began his career at CBRE, where he was responsible for the underwriting of approximately $15 Billion in industrial and office transactions.
Pete graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.B.A. degree in Finance. Pete lives in Fort Worth with his wife Molly and their two young boys.
