What We Do
PHP Capital Partners brings a singular focus to the acquisition, operation, and asset management of functionally superior, light industrial real estate investments in Texas.
With more than 30 combined years of commercial real estate experience, we are exceptionally adept in the underwriting, capital sourcing, acquiring, and operating of light industrial real estate assets.
We primarily target one-off functionally superior light industrial real estate assets ranging from $3M – $30M. This allows us to scale an institutional quality asset portfolio without broadly competing on the open market.
We also focus on acquiring longer-term, core-plus opportunities. The physical criteria of the assets remain relatively the same but are typically larger in size
($30M+).

Use Qualities: Existing, Multi-Tenant, Infill Location, Light Manufacturing, Flex, Warehouse/Distribution
