Paul Carr
Paul Carr is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of PHP. Paul’s daily efforts are focused on underwriting existing acquisition opportunities, managing PHP’s existing asset portfolio, and maintaining relationships with the Lender community.
Paul began his career at C-III Realty Services where he focused on investments and note sales. Prior to co-founding PHP, Paul was with Northmarq Capital, where he facilitated the financing of approximately $2 Billion across all asset types. Prior to Northmarq, Paul worked at First City Financial, where he focused on distressed debt acquisitions.
Paul obtained his M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin. Paul lives in Fort Worth with his wife Anna.
