Hunter Harrison
Hunter Harrison is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of PHP. Hunter is the primary lead for PHP’s acquisition efforts by spearheading the due diligence process for new acquisitions and maintaining relationships with the brokerage community to ensure exposure to new opportunities.
Hunter began his career as an analyst with Invesco Real Estate. Prior to co-founding PHP, Hunter successfully acquired approximately $150 Million in Light Industrial assets while leading acquisitions for Fort Capital. Hunter also previously worked alongside Pete at CBRE as a member of the Institutional Investment Sales team.
Hunter obtained his B.S. in Agricultural Economics and Masters of Real Estate from Texas A&M University. Hunter lives in Fort Worth with his wife Katie, daughter Hattie, and son Benjamin.
